I founded What's On Your Plate? Consulting to give food businesses of all sizes access to practical, experienced compliance support — the kind that comes from actually working in and around regulated food facilities, not just reading the regulations.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning food safety, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, labeling, HACCP, supplier quality, and compliance, I bring a broad foundation to every engagement. My career includes regulatory inspection work with the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, commercial food safety consulting with Diversey, quality supervision at Country Pure Foods, and food labeling specialization at Winland Foods — alongside ongoing independent consulting across a wide range of food and supplement categories.
I am a certified PCQI, HACCP practitioner, CP-FS, and hold FSSC 22000 Fundamentals certification. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I have hands-on experience with SAP NWBC, TraceGains, SharePoint, Genesis, Smartsheet, and Excel-based compliance tracking systems.
The majority of my consulting work is performed remotely, which means I can support businesses anywhere in the country — not just in Central Florida. I adapt to your schedule and your systems, and I am comfortable working as a project-based resource or in an ongoing support capacity.
